Izrael mieri na mesiac

Izrael už zajtra štartuje svoju prvú misiu na mesiac. Ak bude úspešná, Izrael sa stane v poradí štvrtou krajinou, ktorá dosiahne mesačný povrch – po USA, bývalom Sovietskom zväze a Číne. Je to obrovský míľnik v histórii lunárneho prieskumu.

Rozhodli sme sa dostať sa na Mesiac….V tomto desaťročí jsme sa rozhodli dosiahnuť na Mesiac a uskutočniť aj ďalšie veci – nie preto, že sú jednoduché, ale preto, že sú obťiažne. Taký cieľ nám slúži na to, aby usporiadal a posúdil naše najlepšie schopnosti a takú výzvu sme ochotní prijať. Nie sme ochotní ju odkladať a máme v úmysle ju zvládnuť… J.F.K.
